The male bowerbird as a species is renowned for collecting twigs, grasses and bright objects to create an alluring nest to attract a female.

The designer of this beautiful bar has succeeded, but the venue is surprisingly minimalist and light. OK maybe we are reading too much into the name, but the place is darn nice. It has beautiful lighting, gourmet eats and a gin-heavy drinks menu.
