Occupying the Old Comarty's building (established 1880) on the corner of Smith and Otter Streets, The Noble Experiment is Collingwood's cool kid on the block, offering up homestyle modern Australian eats and exotic cocktails within a charming and rustic environment.

The venue offers three floors of entertainment. Ground floor is open seven days for breakfast and lunch. Later in the week the restaurant serves dinner, and the Cocktail Gallery upstairs gets the drinks happening.
