Partystar Review

The Saint is an opulent building (it used to be an old bank) which can't be missed from any corner on Fitzroy Street. The two story interior is even better and has to be seen. Not to mention the great European and Mediterranean cuisine, amazing collection of local and craft beers; and 'Late at Saint' party nights every week.

Outdoor Area / Beer Garden

A palm-filled courtyard including large decking area features for your outdoor drinking.

Second Opinion

The St from St Kilda comes to life in a multi-level entertainment experience. House and RnB DJs work their magic for a brilliant night.

I've been down to the Saint a fair bit and enjoy it alot.
There outdoor asian themed courtyard is nice and big, but still feels pretty intimate. They also cook their $12 steaks from the courtyard on thursdays.
The people that go there are usually locals/fashionable young people and the vibe a a great mix of a bar/lounge and a club (more on the bar end).
The decor is nice, with 2 fireplaces which are great to warm up infront of, and a couched area which used to be a vault in the venues previous life as a bank.
The drinks are a great price as well which is always handy with the recession.
