Escape from the hustle and bustle of Bridge Road and wander down this tree-lined back street of Richmond, where eventually you will discover this tucked away pub. The main bar room has an upmarket English pub layout. The decor is traditional with wooden tables and chairs located in a small room and paintings on the walls. It's intimate, full of locals and drinkers of the more mature persuasion. At the end of the building, on a lower level, is a restaurant which has had rave reviews for its excellent food and atmosphere for several years. The Kingston is a quiet local pub, often missed by the masses, which makes it well worth the search.

The Kingston Hotel sports a well-groomed crowd of locals, and has a clean, cared-for interior. Functions are often held in a separate side room on weekends, and the restaurant + lavish beer garden make this into a rather respectable pub.
