Hunker down in this North-American inspired log cabin of a place. Think skis and canoe mounted on the wall, and an obligatory moosehead. You could be forgiven for thinking you are in a ski lodge enjoying some off-piste, apres-ski schnapps. So you turn up your collar and head out the door to find yourself in relatively balmy East Brunswick. You no longer brace against the non-existent wind, your shoulders drop and you head back inside for hearty bar food and another cocktail.
