Along with the notion of being shipwrecked somewhere private, this cool exclusive bar has other elements of island-dwelling. Inclusivity, community, local produce and occasional trading with offshore entities. In other words, all are welcome and people help each other out. Produce for snacks and cocktails is mostly local; as is beer and wine. However there just may be some special outside treats available. Think Gilligan's Island with French Champagne. Sounds good to me!
