Down an alley and named after visionary Frenchman André-Marie Ampère, this bar pays homage to innovation and creativity. And also resourcefulness, as each meal is presented with a single Splayd rather than an unnecessary clatter of utensils.
There are functions available, and drinks wise a range of aperitifs, absinthes, wines and cocktails.
