From the various names in the past such as Santa Fe, the Portland, the Crafty Squire, now it's back to a traditional moniker: Hickens Hotel.

Hickens Hotel houses a Carlton Lounge where beers are poured straight from the Carlton tanks , an upstairs dining area and a rooftop bar.

It's a relaxed pub aimed towards after-work city drinkers and trendy Little Collins Street shoppers needing a fix.
