This inner West institution is affectionately called Marly, and is known for live music, sport, late night shenanigans and a menu which is precisely half pub classics and (wait for it) half plant based. OP approves. And it is somewhere to take your annoying vegan friends while you chow down on a parma. Ignore the side eye and carry on. Then with full bellies, you all kick on into the night in omnivorous glee.

Upstairs is the weird and wonderful cuckoo bar, which makes Alice in Wonderland look like a walk in the park. Schnappy Hour is happy hour at Cuckoo.

Then head downstairs to the basement nightclub Tokyo Sing Song, a rave cave to keep you busy until the wee hours.
