18 Lower Fort Street
The Rocks
Venue type: Pub
www.harbourview.com.au
Located on the corner of Cumberland and Lower Fort Streets in the iconic Rocks under the Southern end of the bridge, this pub is well placed, but that wasn't always the case. It was initially built in 1843 where the bridge's granite pylons now stand, and was demolished and repositioned after the bridge was constructed.
Harbour View Hotel has an elegant public bar, private function rooms, a rooftop cocktail bar and a restaurant with a breathtaking view of the harbour, the bridge and streetscape views of surrounding Victorian terraces.
