Walking into The Workers makes us thirsty. Parched in fact. The tap beers, wine list and cocktails sing to us. So it's via extreme coercion but also with immense delight that we order a round, take stock of our lives and quickly realise that we are indeed, very hungry.
Thank goodness for the comfort food. Chiko Rolls, Jatz and dip, onion rings, burgers and more will sort you out. It's great for a hangover, and why not create another one?
The schtick at the Workers is inclusive coolness and retro fun-ness. There are pool tables and a great vibe, and the CBD is only about 15 minutes away.
