The namesake of this bar may be hard to pronounce, but as the genus of fungi that includes multiple species of yeast, and as the catalyst of the fermentation process, it's our hero. Without it, beer, wine and bread would not exist. Say no more.

The beer hall inspired venue has a modern food menu and rotating seasonal food and drinks, meaning it is always in flux. Also their coffee is delish.
