About the function space

The Cottesloe Hotel has a proud history not only with the local community but also throughout the state. The hotel has been awarded the "Best Redeveloped Hotel Metropolitan 1995" and finalists for the Best Bistro and Responsible Service of Alcohol Awards 2007 W.A.A.H.A Awards for Excellence.

The ground floor Cott 104 Bar boasts modern furnishings and a stylish atmosphere. Think striped banquette seating, polished boards and polished concrete, signature lighting and ottomans. Bi-fold windows can be opened to enable the whole length of this private bar to take in the light/moonlight, and the fresh sea breeze.

With private access from John street, Cott 104 provides plenty of seating or standing room, perfect for any kind of cocktail party.
