Established in 1886 as the Kangaroo Point Hotel, this pub can't be accused of being inflexible. In 1940 when the iconic Story Bridge was unveiled atop it, the hotel changed its name accordingly. It went on to develop a unique and enduring legacy with events including The National Festival of Beers and The Australia Day Cockroach Races.
Today it boasts several bars and restaurants, meaning the ideal combo of food and drink for your tastes and mood can be found.
There is also a bottle shop and gaming, as well as function rooms.
