The Rocks
Venue type: Bar
www.pushbar.com.au
Its name comes from a Blues & Jazz Club in The Rocks in the 1970s, known as “The Rocks Push". And before that, a local gang of the same name, which terrorised sailors and the area in general.
This Push is our favourite so far. It often has a live pianist but no skulduggery or gang warfare. It focusses on artisan products and serves the best local wines, craft beers and signature cocktails. And modern Australian cuisine to make you feel good and line your stomach.
