Print Hall Bar
Print Hall's namesake venue lives at ground level. Once the site of The West Australian printing presses, the space is now a luxurious bar and dining space headed by the bar's Head Chef, Jason Lamppu. In the Print Hall Bar, history meets today through preservation of original timber and terrazzo detailing and restoration of a large island bar interwoven flawlessly with refined contemporary features. Together, old and new create a sophisticated and unforgettable bar & dining experience.
Main Bar
Walking in through the main entrance of Print Hall, you'll be greeted by one of the city's most historical attractions – the actual reception bar that accepted birth, death and marriage notices alike to feature in the city's only newspaper, The West Australian. Now beautifully restored, the main bar features the city's most refined cocktail, wine and beer menus available.
Choose from a more relaxed bar counter-meal menu devised by Head Chef Jason Lamppu that includes Garlic Prawns, Pan Roasted Ruby Snapper, Potato Gnocchi, Wood Grilled Cape Grim Sirloin and Today's Fresh Market Fish just to name a few.
