Final bill from extras purchased on the evening must be settled before leaving. We do not arrange invoices post event.
The hirer is liable for any damages incurred from acts of vandalism or mistreatment of Bloodhound Bar's property.
Bloodhound Bar is licensed until midnight, and will not serve alcohol after this time.
We operate a strict Responsible Service of Alcohol policy at all times, and are required to refuse service to any unruly or intoxicated persons without liability.
Spirits will not be served in shots, only with mixers.
Minors (under 18's) are permitted at private functions as long as they are supervised at all times by a responsible parent or guardian.
However, all minors must be off the premises by 9pm.
You are welcome to bring your own cake to your event. A knife & napkins will be provided but it is up to you to cut & distribute the cake. We can organise cutting and distributing your cake for a fee.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations excluding any items which could cause damage (ie: candles, smoke machines), or items which will prolong cleaning efforts including confetti & glitter.
Bump-in and bump-out times for entertainment, set-ups decorations etc need to be organised with us prior to your event.
Any band or DJ gear must be removed on the night.
The downstairs level and areas are wheelchair accessible, but please note that Nightjar upstairs unfortunately isn't.
Underage policy
Underage guests are permitted until 9pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.

From Sun-Thur nights, Hire charge is $500, minimum spend is $4500.
