400 Gradi is a Melbourne institution and does wood fired pizza to perfection. We had no idea that baking pizza to 400 degrees is the key, and now we know a) we should turn up the oven, a LOT, and b) that's where this venue gets its name.

There is also delectable gelato, masterclasses, a catering service and functions on offer. Where do we sign up? (for all of it)
