Partystar Review
Established in 1841, Lord Nels is is Sydney’s oldest continually licensed hotel still trading in its original building.
It all started in 1831 when Richard Phillips obtained a liquor licence for a different venue. He cut his teeth on that and ended up turning his own home into what is now Lord Nelson. The brewery was added to the venue and to the name in 1986, making it an early adopter of the trend of pubs that make their own beer. It's a trend we are very much behind, so hats off to all involved.
The Lord has an all-day food menu and plenty of beer including its own. Also some beery merch, if you want to spread the word of the Lord.
