The hire charge includes compulsory club membership for the host. If you are already a member, $30 of the hire charge will be waived.
The hire charge also includes staffing costs based on 100 guests and a 5 hour party. (4 staff: $660) The breakdown is as follows:
Bar: 1 staff every 50 guests.
Catering: 1 staff for every 50 guests.
Sat: $33 p/hr per staff. Sun: $38.50 p/hr per staff.
Your staffing costs will vary based on how many guests you have and the duration of your party.
After the function our downstairs lounge is open 24 hours, so feel free to stay in the venue.
Cakeage fee: $3.50 per person
Every day except Saturday: no room hire charges for functions over $2000.
Under-18 policy
Permitted, with 12am curfew. The law requires the minor to be in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. One separate responsible adult per minor.
