There are also modern trimmings a'plenty, including private bar and toilets, a sound and light system and conference facilities.

The four interconnected rooms include a large carpeted lounge (pic 2) with ottomans for hanging out, mingling and sipping. The bar is just next to that, complete with a cosy nook next to the bar for those who don't like to stray far from their next drink.

A few steps down the corridor is a separate room (not shown) with a big table which is perfect for presents, cake, bags, coats - and the oldies (or youngies) who want to sit with a shandy and chill, since there are no speakers in there.

The lounge lizards, barflies, dancers and conversationalists will all be catered for. Something for everyone!

After the formalities, summons everyone to hit the floorboards in the party room with disco lights and mirror ball and groove into the wee hours.
