All furniture, sound and lighting has been installed to remove any additional costs. 171 Dorcas St offers a very individual experience for your guests - stunning drinks in a mood filled atmosphere. Cocktail parties, product launches and intimate celebrations are perfect for the size and style. Think of the Meatpacking district New York - underground and just that little bit of cool. Beautiful cocktails and old world service were the motivating forces behind the space. We work with a few caterers to match your style and budget. In any event, 171 Dorcas St will help make it memorable.

There is a kitchen area available to store your food and there are no problems with putting up decorations.

Additional informationThe $2100 spend above has been calculated with the minimum of 30 guests and includes 4 hours of all-inclusive drinks: beer, sparkling, wine, juice & soft drinks. Each guest also receives a free cocktail on arrival.

The spend varies with the number of guests:
0-30: $70 per person all-inclusive
31-50: $60 per person all-inclusive
51-70: $55 per person all-inclusive
71-90: $50 per person all-inclusive
91-100: $45 per person all-inclusive

Functions are guaranteed to run 4.5 hours, and the 4.5 hours can also be booked to start from as early as 7pm or as late as 8:30pm.

The bar always runs for 4 hours and a further 30 minutes of non-bar service is available at the end to say goodbyes.
